 Conditional sentence type 0  This type of sentence is used when the results or consequences of a condition are materialized. Explaining general truth and scientific facts.  This sentence is usually in the form of the present tense with the formula:  if + simple present, simple present. For example: If water reaches 100 degrees, it boils. (It is always true, there can't be a different result sometimes) More example; -If people eat too much, they get fat. -If you touch a fire, you get burned. -People die if they don't eat. -You get water if you mix hydrogen and oxygen. -Snakes bite if they are scared -If babies are hungry, they cry

Definition of Passive Voice Passive voice is a form of sentence where the subject of the sentence takes action, not takes action. Unlike active voice which focuses on the party doing the action (doer of action), this form focuses more on the party or object that receives the result of an action (receiver of action). PASSIVE VOICE : SIMPLE TENSES  S. Present tense: S + is/am/are + V3 ex:  - She is asked to clean the house by her mother. - I am qualified enough to participate in this event.  S. Past tense : S + was/were + V3  ex :  - They were surprised by the gifts I gave them.  -This movie was made in 1918.  S.
